Lt. Governor Candidates

G Spencer Coggs: Served as Milwaukee Assemblyman for 27 years. Served on the Executive Committee of the National Conference of State Legislatures in 2009, also served as President of the National Labor Caucus of State Legislators. Currently he is a member of Progressive States Network Board of Directors.

Tom Nelson: Currently Kaukauna Assemblyman, first elected in 2006 from a historically Republican area. He now is Assembly Democratic Majority leader and passed Equal Pay for Equal Work, the Responsible Lending Act, an Independent DNR Secretary and the Impartial Justice Act in the Assembly.

Henry Sanders: Madison. Former Congressional Aide for Tammy Baldwin. He is the founder of the Madison Area Growth Network (Magnet) and Propel Wisconsin Innovation-non-profit organizations dedicated to job creation and growing the economy. He was appointed to the Wisconsin Council on Workforce Development and serves as Vice-Chair of Wisconsin’s Black Caucus.
