Your Vote Is Your Voice!
Your vote is your voice - it is one of the most powerful tools you have to shape the future. When you cast your ballot, you’re not just selecting a candidate; you’re expressing your values, priorities, and vision for the world. It’s a direct way to influence the decisions that affect your community, your country, and your everyday life.
The next election is August 11th — the Partisan Primary for Governor, Legislature, Congress, etc. We have listed below those individuals running in the primary along with their websites. Please check out their sites for their views and upcoming events.
The primary is preparation for the November 3rd General Election with major statewide and federal races. It is after the primary that we will endorse candidates.
Important: All voters must provide a proof of residence document when registering to vote by mail, in-person at the clerk’s office, or at the polls. All voters must present a picture ID when voting in-person.
